AI/ML Intern - Aeroengine Applications

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated AI/ML intern to join our engineering team and develop Al-driven solutions for aeroengine design, performance optimization, and predictive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models for aeroengine performance prediction, fault detection, and health monitoring.
Design predictive maintenance algorithms using sensor data, flight data, and historical maintenance records.
Apply deep learning, reinforcement learning, and anomaly detection techniques to engine control, and optimization
Build digital twins for aeroengine components and sub-systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Data Science/ Aerospace Engineering.
Strong foundation in statistics, Linear Algebra, machine learning, deep learning, data analytics, and optimization methods.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Aeroengine Propulsion Intern

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated aeroengine propulsion intern to join our engineering team and contribute to design and development of propulsion systems for aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize propulsion system components (compressor, combustor, turbine, and nozzle).
Perform cycle analysis, thrust/efficiency calculations, and propulsion performance trade-off studies.
Conduct advanced CFD simulations of propulsion components & sub-systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Contribute to R&D in next-generation propulsion technologies.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge in gas turbine thermodynamics, aerodynamics, and combustion.
Hands-on experience with propulsion analysis tools (GasTurb, ANSYS Fluent, CFX, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Structural Analysis Intern

We are seeking a highly talented and motivated structural analysis intern to join our engineering team and support the structural integrity assessment of critical aeroengine components by performing FE analysis, stress evaluations, and durability studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural and thermal stress analysis of aeroengine components (blades, disks, casings, combustor liners, etc.).
Conduct static, dynamic, and fatigue analysis for rotating and stationary parts.
Optimize aeroengine components for weight, durability, and performance.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations of analysis results.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engg.
Strong fundamentals in solid mechanics, structural dynamics, and fatigue/fracture mechanics.
Hands-on experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or Nastran/Patran or Open-source software.
Working principle of gas turbine engine.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
