Aerospace professional with 35+ years of experience in structural design and analysis of Aircraft Engines and Aerostructures. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9001:2015 Auditor for Quality Management Systems. Co-inventor of 4 Patents – 3 on Propeller Hub Assembly and one on Thrust Reverser Cascade.

The journey of AvioMinds began with a vision to revolutionize the aerospace industry by integrating advanced digital technologies into engineering processes. As an engineer with a deep passion for aerospace, I have always been fascinated by the potential of machine learning and artificial intelligence to transform traditional engineering practices. This fascination drove me to explore how these cutting-edge technologies could be harnessed to reduce cycle times and enhance efficiency in the aerospace sector.
During my career, I observed numerous inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the engineering workflows of airframe and aero engine domains. These challenges often led to extended project timelines and increased costs. I realized that there was a significant opportunity to address these issues by leveraging digital solutions. This realization was the spark that ignited my entrepreneurial spirit and motivated me to establish AvioMinds.
With a clear mission in mind, I set out to build a team of like-minded professionals who shared my enthusiasm for innovation and excellence. Together, we embarked on a journey to develop and implement state-of-the-art digital tools and methodologies tailored specifically for the aerospace industry. Our goal was to not only streamline engineering processes but also to set new benchmarks for quality and performance.

With over three and a half decades of experience in the structural design and analysis of aircraft engines and aerostructures, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to several high-impact aerospace programs during my tenure at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), GE Aviation, and Paninian. My journey has been shaped by an unwavering commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and quality.
The inception of AvioMinds was driven by a clear purpose: to transform aerospace engineering through the strategic application of advanced digital technologies. Having witnessed recurring inefficiencies and process gaps in traditional engineering workflows—especially within the airframe and propulsion domains—I saw a compelling opportunity to lead change through digital innovation.
At AvioMinds, our vision is to bridge the gap between deep domain knowledge and digital capability. By integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and model-based engineering approaches, we are building a future-ready organization equipped to meet the evolving challenges of the aerospace industry.
